Mrs. Suchint immediately arranged for home care (with necessary protection) and made sure my parents were taken care of. She also arranged for healthy meals home delivered. Later I contacted them for a full-time caretaker. Sakhi arranged for video interviews to make sure we are comfortable with the choice of the provider. Suchint was very transparent and honest in all her communications and she is always available to answer questions. We were finally able to pick a good caretaker for my parents.
The best part is that Sakhi continues working with the family as well as the caretaker to make sure any issues are taken care of. We have worked with several agencies in the past. But I have never experienced such professionalism. They also help with all aspects of elderly care and go above and beyond to ensure the customers are satisfied. I wish Sakhi and their team great success. They are truly making a change in the lives of the elderly.
